AEVS Tech provides business process outsourcing and technology services, including but not limited to AI automation, GoHighLevel CRM setup and management, custom software and platform development, Amazon and e-commerce support, lead generation, virtual assistant and back office support, customer support services, content and media production, and credit counseling services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be confirmed separately with each client before work begins.
We operate on flexible terms. Unless otherwise agreed in a specific service agreement, our services do not require a long term contract, and either party may end an engagement in accordance with the notice period stated in the applicable service agreement or invoice.

Pricing and payment terms for each service will be provided during your consultation and confirmed in writing before work begins. Invoices are due according to the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of services until the account is brought current. All fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific service agreement.
Any custom software, automation, design, or content we create specifically for you as part of a paid engagement will be assigned or licensed to you upon full payment, as set out in your specific service agreement. AEVS Tech retains ownership of any internal tools, templates, frameworks, or methodologies used to deliver our services, and these are not transferred to clients unless explicitly agreed in writing.
We understand that our work often involves access to sensitive business information. We agree to keep confidential any non public information you share with us in connection with our services, and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering those services, except where disclosure is required by law.
Our services may involve the use of third party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Amazon, payment processors, and other software tools. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or changes made by these third party providers. Your use of any third party platform is subject to that provider's own terms and policies.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work diligently to deliver quality results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance metrics, as these depend on factors outside our control. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results that will be achieved through the use of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEVS Tech and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold AEVS Tech harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated, if payment obligations are not met, or if continued engagement is no longer feasible for legitimate business reasons. You may also terminate services in accordance with the notice period set out in your specific service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation in the first instance.
